Men Need Spiritual Healing Scriptures

All Bible references are from The Amplified Bible.

When we accept Christ as our Savior and give Him our lives, we become new creatures in Christ Jesus and have access to all of the healing and wholeness He offers.

It’s a transformation that begins in the spirit and as we mature in God it is enjoyed and seen in our soul and body.

It is important to understand we are a spirit, we have a soul, and we live in a body, and God wants to fill all of us with His Spirit and work through us to reach others.

This work is accomplished by the Holy Spirit and God’s Word and is a process that takes places throughout our lives.

It is vitally important for us to be strong in spirit. When we are, then we can resist the temptation to sin, and not let the cares and anxieties of the world weigh us down and distract us from our purpose.

Christ died to set us free from sin and death and all the bondage it causes. He wants us to live in His Presence, and enjoy abundant fellowship with Him.

These scriptures will act as medicine for your spirit and help you stay strong.

John 3:16-17
For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life. For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away.Behold, the fresh and new has come!

1 Peter 2:24
He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.

Colossians 1:13
[The Father] has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love.

Psalm 103:2-3
Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul, and forget not [one of] all His benefits—Who forgives [every one of] all your iniquities, Who heals [each one of] all your diseases.

2 Corinthians 4:16-17
Therefore we do not become discouraged (utterly spiritless, exhausted, and wearied out through fear). Though our outer man is [progressively] decaying and wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day after day. For our light, momentary affliction (this slight distress of the passing hour) is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory [beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations, a vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease!].

Romans 8:1-2
Therefore, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life [which is] in Christ Jesus [the law of our new being] has freed me from the law of sin and of death.

Romans 8:10
But if Christ lives in you, [then although] your [natural] body is dead by reason of sin and guilt, the spirit is alive because of [the] righteousness [that He imputes to you].

Psalm 27:4
One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek, inquire for, and [insistently] require: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord [in His presence] all the days of my life, to behold and gaze upon the beauty [the sweet attractiveness and the delightful loveliness] of the Lord and to meditate, consider, and inquire in His temple.

Psalm 16:11
You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.
